A few months ago WPA3 ( Wi-Fi Protected Access 3 ) the new and improved security protocol for wireless network was announced by the Wi-Fi Alliance. The progress for the transition is something that of course will take time as for example there aren't many devices today that support it and the first predictions was made for the end of 2018. It's on the rise, slowly and positively surprised that even a personal phone for next year will perhaps gain it. In this case Samsung Galaxy S8+ and it's Snapdragon 835 as that was certified in October. Snapdragon 845 has the support for WPA3 out of the box.

The Synology router MR2200ac is one example on another product with WPA3 available today and it's reasonable cheap IMO.
