Browsers and Extensions:
  • Bitdefender TrafficLight and Windows Defender Browser Protection aren't really needed together. I would lean towards WDBP but you can't go wrong with either.
System Utilities:
  • Since you're using CCleaner, you should look into CCEnhancer to add support for more programs.
System Backup:
  • I used to love the built-in Windows Backup and Restore function until I started having problems making a system image last month. I switched to Macrium Reflect Free and haven't looked back. Please see my comments on the matter for more info.
Besides that, nice config!

You may set UAC to Always Modify.

A PassWord Manager would be welcome also.
