Hi, my internet service provider is saying one my devices is infected with wrokni, I have ran boot scans on both the devices and unable to find anything, any ideas anyone please.

How did your internet provide tell you that your device was infected? Maybe we can start there. Could be a phishing attempt to tell you that your devices are "infected"

Sounds suspicously a lot like a scam, call your internet provider directly via their official phone number and ask them if its true.
