Hackers have taken advantage of many forums as well as Q&A sites, most of which are the sites of Yahoo! Answers system (answers.yahoo.com), to spread malicious code:

The fraudulent answers are often in the following forms:

“Anyway, I think this will help you htxp://answers-yahoo-z.tk”

“You might find the answer here htxp://answers-yahoo-z.tk”

Or

“Try this hxxp://answers-yahoo-z.tk”

You are asked to download a file which is said to contain the answer (in fact, it is a FakeAV downloader).
In addition to Yahoo! Answer, hackers also take advantage of many other Q&A sites for their malware spreading campaign.

WOT rated this site with RED : http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/answers-yahoo-z.tk

This technique is not unique or innovative but will definitely manage to trick some unsuspecting user into installing this fake av (Security Shield) on their system.

I received the WOT warning, but all I get is a white blank page (Chrome & IE9).

We should be careful on what we click on , no matter if it's Y. Answer or Google Search.:)
Also people should use a site advisor like WOT or Norton Safe Web.

Same here..usually this type of sites go up and down very quickly...so it's no surprise that it's not working......
