Your First PC Game

So I remember back in 1996, I used to go to this computer hub to play the game Wolfenstein 3D (1992), Dangerous Dave (1988) & Prince of Persia 1 (1989). Can't remember which one I played first though.

Taking video games as a whole, Super Mario Bros obviously was my first game. Ah the good old times

Tetris here, I still have the music inside my head. I played with an EGA graphics card, with 16 colors in old XT, without a hard drive, but with a 5 "floppy disk.

My First PC games were GTA 2 ( 1999 ), Hard Truck ( 1998 ) but obviously, by my age, I don't play them in 1999 or 1998.

I can never forget, Die Hard, I loved breaking glass windows there, it was so relaxing, especially the office. I am sort of glad, that my first game was not DOS game.

EA Sports NCAA College Football
Road Rash
Microsoft Hellbender

I'm sure there were others.

The NASCAR 2 game (c 1998) was also a Sierra game. It should be remastered just as it is imo. Sierra were I think the best dev coders in those days along with id and EA. Those games squeezed an amazing amount of productivity from the ancient hardware. The Star Wars games missions were HARD. Wow, but I am glad they were, and they lived up to Lucas Studios standards for the movie series sake I guess.

Played that one in school in late 90's and when I got my first computer I started playing Captain Claw, Jazz Jackrabbit 2, Need for Speed III, AoE II: The Age of Kings, Tomb Raider III and bit later on came Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3

Mech Warrior was the first on my own PC, played on an ATI Rage integrated GPU. But I had probably played Doom 1 on a PC at the office before that.
