“WIndows Process Manager” hogging memory

I’ve recently downloaded this installation folder of Euro Truck simulator 2, which later produced a process called “sendmrg.exe” or “Windows Process Manager (32 bit)”. I’ve tried to view file location, but access was denied. Any ideas?
