It is advanced version of Windows Defender, nothing more. It won't conflict.

laptop is giving low memory warning and wont play movies or long videos, it reloads then the laptop shuts down I haven't downloaded any new programs I have malwarebytes widows defender and Microsoft security essentials

Laptop is clean, there is no infection. This is pretty old machine and it just doesn't stand a chance against modern apps and modern operating system.
