Yeah, they’ve always been heavily invested in pre-execution detection which is not bad and similar to Eset, but you can only detect so much without runtime monitoring techniques.
At least they acknowledge the issue and they were quick to respond to @Xeno1234 's post, so that's a good thing. MBAM gets an 'A' for customer service.
I've been reporting this issue to them after every MB video I've made for the past 5 or so years without the issue being resolved (similar to discussions with the Loman Boys of HMP).
