Cannot remove NexTCoup, PPrIIceCihopu, and SavveMass

I've been struggling to NexTCoup, PPrIIceCihopu, and SavveMass. What is causing these extensions to re-install after being uninstalled?

I've now removed the extensions from the directory "C:\Users\Sean\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\" and they are no longer re-appearing after being removed from Chrome. Although this does seem to have solved the issue I do believe they may be hidden in other locations.
