Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
    Run as Administrator to start the tool.
    (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

right now chrome is free from provider because i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and i dont know when it will be on chrome again because the uninstalling is a temporary fix but it still affects firefox and it also is on every webpage

Please re-run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool to give me a fresh look at your system.
  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
    Run as Administrator to start the tool.
    (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Make sure that Addition option is checked.
  • Press Scan button and wait.
  • The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
Please include their content into your next reply.

its still on firefox. its not on chrome after i reinstalled it and hasnt been on it for a few days now but last time i reinstalled firefox it came back within 2 to 3 days so i dont know if reinstalling it would work or no.

ok ive reinstalled firefox and ill tell you if it comes back but if if does it usually takes a few days

I had an ad play but i couldnt find the window or ad banner that was playing it it ran for about 10 secs then cut off
