in India, quick heal managed to get orders from govt. banks/ private engineering colleges for a long time, i noticed most of institutes / govt office use quickheal, but rarely seen in any hoursehold using Quick Heal, because Kaspersky/ESET/Panda and other reputed antivirus cost less than Quick Heal....

Thats why 600-700 indian govt. sites hacked every year :lolz:
Just a joke :) ,i read about it ,sites hacked due to poor server manegment and like..type issue.

I think one factor is advertising as i saw never their ad on T.V before and you know how many people uses computer before 6-7 years compare to now even i know QH since last year. But i read somewhere their support is good.

^^ QuickHeal may not make expense much on TV ad., but they generally use Daily Newspaper as their advertising medium, i get their ad. in Times of India newspaper regularly [like renew now for 1 year, and get 3 months extra validity absolutely free ]
.

I tried out their android security app, said it had a parental control that would block such things as drug, terror, alcohol, porn sites, it wouldn't block any of those, or any other of the many types of websites it claimed it would block. It was also huge - 13mb. Couldn't see why I needed an AV that didn't do anything it claimed.
Thanks for the review!

btw i did test this av and its behavior blocker can't protect the pc from rootkits
