Yea, no problem. In all honesty, proper use of a router and antivirus sweet can ensure that you can be forth coming with your information and be okay. Really, i find that most often a person's system isn't compromised because they have inadequate defense software, but more over that it's improperly configured.

And, BoraMurder: Derp. Didn't catch it at the time. lel. And that's just monitor 1's screen! (jk)
