If you can put more money get a 760 or 770 but I advice you not to buy AMD R9 280x, 290, 290X many users reported that they are unstable and run very hot. Or you can get R7 270X for little more money.

Okay never really heard problems about the R9 280x my friend has it and he says its pretty good, but he has water cooling so the heat may not affect him.

Suggestion build - It's true that the cpu bottleneck these but these two components will be the start to make a fine and decent machine. Try to see if someone nearby has i5 around.

If you have the latest BIOS the mobo will support almost all cpu from Sandy/Ivy Bridge-family.
