If you are using a Windows PC, and you are seeing a “All Your Files Are Encrypted” notification within Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome, then you have redirected to a web page that contains a malicious javascript code. The “All Your Files Are Encrypted” message is basically just a web page containing a malicious javascript that does not allow you to close the browser window or switch to a different web page.

Last night when logging on to my computer a Note Pad opened and said Congratulations all your files have been encrypted.
