MalwareTips is an independent cybersecurity community. Since January 2011, volunteers and security enthusiasts have helped people remove malware, choose the right security software and stay safe online, free of charge.

How the community works
- People helping people. Most answers come from volunteers who give their time for free. Please be patient and kind.
- Clear rules. Our forum rules keep discussions safe, respectful and useful. Moderators enforce them through a transparent warning system.
- AI with limits. Our AI assistant, @Bot AI, can help with quick questions, but it does not replace human helpers.
