The app, called Summly, was designed by 17-year-old Londoner Nick D'Aloisio, and has received more than $1m in funding from investors.

I wonder how long it will be before Apple sues him????

Good on him for making one. That would only be a teenagers dream to make an app and get people to download or buy it.

Yes Apple has no better job to except sueing ppl. We as a precautionary measure apple may send him a legal warning though.
