Just bought a refurbished laptop (from a reputable supplier) running Windows 10. It seems to have a piece of malware in it which attaches itself to web addresses: http://192.168.1.254/pc-step0.html?org_ which refers to the BT Home Hub. Googling this it appears quite common. Have tried to remove it with the two programmes you recommend but no success. I attach the text documents from this process.
Thank you so much for any help you can offer.
