When I looked to find a cause to the main problem (loss of storage space) I used a program to help me in doing so and I have been focused these past few days since the cryptowall incident! Could you delete all the files in Content.ie5 in two different directories? Users\account name\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\temporary internet files\content.ie5 9 files in content.ie5 Users\account name\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\temporary internet files\low\content.ie5 32 files in content.ie5 The second problem I'm having has to do with the volume mixer settings. They keep getting changed when I unmute it goes back to mute on several volume settings. Third has to do with browsing history the default was 20 days and now the settings stay on 0 days and I change the days and they change back to 0. I also want to point out that both Content.ie5 folders are not visible, which means they are shown as transparent.
