Maybe they have corrected a bug in the "Disk Compression" or "Patch Up", which are not in the 360 TSE, thus not requiring correction.

Does anybody have issues on windows 10 threshold 2? 360 seems to detect only on execution and right click scan but not on saving files on the disk. I tried to download some malware packs, but even when I unzip them, 360 stays mute.

This issue is still not solved for me.

Do you have windows 10 threshold 2 installed? The issue for me started after I updated to this version. I tried to enabled scan accessed files too, but with no result. The problem is with any *.exe files I tried. It just detects eicar file, maybe beacuse it has *.com extension.
