App Review 360 Total Security Malware Test

It is advised to take all reviews with a grain of salt. In extreme cases some reviews use dramatization for entertainment purposes.

I would say Qihoo did very bad out there .. My expectation was high

But good thing I noticed is after system reboot it detected the active malwares when they try to start up.

Actually most of the infections were PUPs which I've noticed Qihoo doesn't block, but I guess it's nothing serious because all the serious malware like the trojans were blocked by 360TS. The trojans that were found my hitmanpro are located in the temp file so they don't really count ;)

This is why testers must run CCleaner before HitmanPro run. (temp malwares)

as 1 guy said most were PUP only hitman pro detected 2 which were just temp files so overall i think it did good.
 
Nice review my friend. It seems that Total Security needs to have improvement in PUP detection.Other than that the detection is awesome and the best among all the free products (and not only). I still believe that 360 Internet Security is better and lighter on the system.

Ok,I don't know if you are doing ''AV vs AV tests'' (comparison) but i would like to see Eset Antivirus 7 VS Emsisoft Antimalware.
Please check missing samples on Virus Total to see if there is a false positive
