qihoo is very light too...you don't notice an impact of the av. And with the good signatures it would be
my favourite free av....but I have concerns that it is spyware for the chinese goverment

Do we have any clue beyond the conspiracy theory to that Qihoo is actually spying on its users? Anybody read the privacy policy?

I guess no one can say this for 100% for any av , as long as they Upload data they could do anything with it any vendor.
