Shamefully, I only just stumbled onto this site after a friend came to me with her laptop in a next to unusable state.
I did some searching regarding her particular issue, and after checking out a couple of other sites, I fumbled upon this page -

HitmanPro was the only product that received a slightly raised eyebrow.
