Hi, I don't know where I read that windows hello from the 1709 update worked on any hd camera. Is this so? Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.

I don't know a lot about Hello but I think the camera has to have IR and Windows’ new feature (HELLO) requires a special camera which demands “Intel RealSense technology". Microsoft are very cautious at security. So a special camera is definitely required. I am guessing special drivers are also needed.
Are you planning on using it for face or eye scanning? From what I have read, Some sites allow you to login via Hello.

4.Windows Hello requires specialized hardware including a Windows Hello capable device, fingerprint reader, illuminated IR sensor or other biometric sensors and capable devices.

So a normal hd camera will not work with windows hello. You need specialised supported hardware.
