A synchronised free note app for android

Hello,
i'm looking for a free note taking app that can synchronise with my pc and my phone (android)...
Anyone have an idea ?

Sadly, Onenote isn't free on windows and google keep can't run on windows too

OneNote is free from the Windows Store, or use online version via OneDrive.

Personally I like Google Keep, you can install the browser extension on Chrome which runs Offline as well.

Nimbus note is for you, it has Adroid app, windows app and you can synchronise between them and all that for free.
