A very very sticky Browser Redirect

I have called out to windows for help and all they do is try to get me to subscribe to their dumb windows tools application. I really need some advice on how to get rid of this browser redirect

I might be missing something, but I don't see an AdwCleaner log. Try reuploading, maybe?

I contacted widows for help, and they said they could only help me if i paid them money. I'm running another scan currently, with Zemana.

Here is more info on the redirect:
Scam audios come up, and ask me to call a toll-free number, and sometimes to download McAfee antivirus.
Any browser i use will get redirected if i type a URL in wrong. It is very sticky and will not go away. I have repeated some of the steps and preformed scans with TSSD Killer, rskill, malwarebytes, hitman,adwcleaner, zemana and have refreshed all my browswers.

goog.com asks me to take a survey.
ultramusicfestiva.com was a really aggressive and loud redirect but it's not doing that anymore
I may have goteen rid of it. because i just performed another scan
