Advice Request A weird Windows 8 Bug I found, can you confirm it is a bug?

I was playing around with Windows 8, I found a weird behavior. I tried to do the same thing with my VM and got the same result. I really think it is a bug, but can you confirm that to me?

I don't know how to do so. I asked the owner of askvg.com and he said to me to tell him about the bugs I face. I hope this will be my second one.

Try their support I think they'll take the info if people will be calling and emailing later if it is not reported sooner if they find the bug.
