It helps us to help you with suggestions if you provide more details, such as what you have for real time security, on demands and privacy, what you use to block ads, trackers, ect.

ON MY PC CURRENTLY ONLY WINDOWS DEFENDER AND FOR AD BLOCKING IN CHROME AD BLOCK AND IN FIREFOX ADBLOCK PLUS

First of all you must have a backup and recovery plan: Windows default or third party apps like Paragon B&R or Aomei (both free).
The protection offered by Windows Defender is sufficient for normal use.
In addition you should at least use Malwarebytes and Emsisoft Emergency Kit as on demand scanners.
Alternatives: Avast (free), Bitdefender, Kasperky, Norton (paid) that may have an impact on your system performance.

PS: No need to write in all Caps :)

A backup solution is neccessary these days, one faulty update, virus, broken harddrive and you will loose data.

Win10 built-in security is good enough if you have safe habits, just add a backup solution as said by others.

For your backup software i would suggest Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both of which have a very reliable free version. ;)

If you do not have a portable HDD give Aomei One Key a go it will even help create a new partition to backup to. :)

Please refrain from using all caps
Consider some on demand scanners
Consider using just CCleaner or Privazer in place of AVG Tune Up
Consider some type of back up solution
Consider using a Password manger
Consider using uBlock origin in place of ABD and HTTPS Everywhere in Chrome & FF

As much as possible if you are going to test phishing site or possible malware samples rest assure to test them on a isolated environment like Virtual Machine or another computer.

Take an extra precaution since Windows Defender holds the protection within baseline, so with enough common sense and guide through awareness then it shouldn't easily infected again.

Nice little configuration, unless you specifically use this configuration to test malwares you should get a better protection. for instance AVAST has a free version. Or add to Windows defender malwarebyteantimalware pro, or superanispyware pro for their realtime protection.

i have kaspersky internet security key for 1 year does it provide protection on windows 10 pro 64 bit version

i tried bitdefender internet security 2016 but it uses too much cpu leaving system non responsive for couple of MINUTES

@ABHINAV RAO: Rest assure that Kaspersky daily updates on their beta stages that will apply on the stable version should lessen the problems on Windows 10 although you can use it on primetime as their effectiveness is brought already to be matured enough.
