AdblockPLus for Internet Explorer 11, IE 10

Has anyone used or tried AdblockPlus for IE 11 or IE 10? I saw one or two reports that a user encountered a malicious download, but unlike Firefox or Chrome, it's obviously a different installation. I am interested in you guys opinion on the security of the add-on

It works just fine in IE11 for me on the work pc.
