i activated it on vbox xp client and worked fine, 341 days left on it.
question is how long till valid for activation till server blocks new registrations.

tested it against a malware pack of 2066 files, found ~88%. really nice.

btw the download link is for ASC 2013 and its working!
 
What's better, PC tuneup software with AV or AV software with PC tuneup?

I would rather go AV and a separate tool for pc tune up.

now the question is: is the bit defende engine results the same as using bit defender itself? I mean are they using BD signatures or BD AV architecture
 
Any news on those who were, or are still testing this? Also, even though ASC with Antivirus is 2013, is it using the 2013 Bitdefender engine? I had it running and it seemed light and fast including browsing. I disable real time and now have Avast running. When I switch between the two in real time use, there seems to be little difference in speed. Protection is probably close from recent tests I've seen. Thanks.

I tried to use it and I got a red warning message not to use it with a few different security products and avast was one of them.
 
1) I too had tried it with avast and it seems its not compatible with avast since ASCw/Av turns of realtime protection when it sees avast

2) Most of antivirus and security suits are compatible but you have to install ASCw/Av first then install the other antivirus ( hope you dont use antivirus that uses same engine of bitdefender)

I didn't like ASCw/AV.

It's too focused on PC Maintenance, didn't like the Safe list for cookies either. I prefer CCleaner's way of excluding Hotmail, Gmail etc from the cookie cleaning and not a whole bunch of other sites I've never heard of.
 
So it can be used as a companion AV? I thought because of the BitDefender engine, it wasn't to be run with any other AV. The website reads, Advanced SystemCare with Antivirus 2013 is a stand-alone product. I'm not sure it should be ran with another AV.

HI! I d/l & installed AVC, but since it was an upgrade from free version I already had (but that didn't have the antivirus), it seemed OK. But when I try to register it with the code 94ABB-892A2-78B72-6DFD6 it has an error & it wants me to but a license. I attached a picture from snipping tool. Will it run OK as un-registered, or will I need a new FREE code?

I was hoping for an answer to get a new code as now ASC has reverted back to free, so are there any valid keys someone can send me or post here? Thanks
