Adware.Chinad will not go away!

its been a fewdays since ive become infected, and no matter what i do to try and remove this it will not go away, scanned with MBAM, Hitman, ADwcleaner, housecall, JRT and the thing will not go away, help would greatly be appreciated, included frst.txt (IDK if you guys need anything els)
