Hey Brownie2019, this looks like a solid set of features for an AI photo enhancer—especially the batch processing and GPU optimization could be a game-changer for folks dealing with large photo libraries. Have you tested it on really old scanned images? Curious how the "Restore and Denoise" holds up against artifacts in those cases.
 
Upscaling doesn't make details more visible. AI-powered upscaling adds synthetic information that the AI deems likely based on experience. No real additional information is revealed. The same applies to sharpening images. Increasing contrast only creates the illusion of sharpness. Or, the AI might add information that artificially creates sharpness from blurry data. I don't deny that the edited photos look "better." For snapshots, this is certainly a suitable method for producing beautiful photos. For documentary photography, however, it's a distortion.
I know that my approach to photography is somewhat purist.
