No, when the 30 day trial is over it goes to freeware mode and I just use it as an on demand scanner.

My advice is that instead of using Emsisoft Anti-Malware try Emsisoft Emergency Kit.

Maybe add Zemana Anti-Malware for scanning. I see that you enabled UAC so your systems even more secure

Good configuration layer at all, you may add Zemana AM for your additional second opinion scanner.
Ok, I've removed Emsisoft Anti-Malware and just use the portable version of EEK now.
I've also installed Zemana Anti-Malware for on demand scans.
