I always create restore points when doing something to my system, then just 1 day ago. When I rebooted my system, all my devices, services, USB and networks are stopped. I don't know what happened. The video I'll show you will explain everything.

I have tried to make it as short as possible.

I have Googled every error about it, but it isn't working.

When I try to system restore, it says "System restore failed".

Attachemts:
CBS.log and ipconfig info: http://www.mediafire.com/?t45s8v758i8xeq8

Thanks.

1. Back up your data.

2. Format and perform a clean install of Windows 7.

3 .Update to SP1.

And when was the last time you installed Windows?

I don't think that will make a change. Because it didn't effect the system, only the drivers and services are stopped.

The last time I formatted was on Mid-November 2011.

do you have any errors in windows update, like a failed service pack or a failed system update?
did you modify the windows boot animation (bootres.dll)

Also trying F8 when you boot and use
"last known good configuration"

Hi CycloneTutorials,

You probably messed your system files's permission. Get them re-register can do the trick. This tool can help repair.

http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html

Follow the steps provided.

Thanks

Since making the video and uploading the cbs log, what steps have you taken to try and fix the system? The only corrupted file I saw in the log was a corrupted bootres.dll.

Do you have a Windows Installation Disc? If yes, have you tried to repair your Windows Installation using it?

Before doing anything, backup any important data.

These steps are if you're using a Windows 7 machine:
Note:
a) You may have a boot problem after doing these steps if you customize the look of your boot screen.
b) The system files that you've patched to install themes are going to be replaced with the original files.

1: Boot from the Windows Installation Disc and wait until it completes.
2: Choose the language, etc.. and click on "Next".
3: Click on "Repair Your Computer" that is found at the bottom left of the window.

4: Wait for it until it searches for your Windows installations. When done searching, choose the partition of the OS that is facing the problem.
5: You will have some recovery tools, choose "'Command Prompt"

6: Enter the command "sfc /scannow" (without quotes).
