Alternative to Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2016

Would EMET works with Bitdefender Antivirus Plus?

Since I got antivirus, ublock and Sandboxie, would want to try EMET and see how would it affect my laptop performance and RAM usage.

EMET (most recent beta) about 50 to 60 MB RAM.

It is beta version. Maybe they reduce it (RAM usage)...
