What can you suggest that is as simple, clean and has an easy to understand GUI?

Looking to replace Harden Windows Settings with SysHardener | NoVirusThanks, for Windows 10 64-bit v1909 or later.

As said in post #2 SWH is a good alternative. I just did the switch from Syshardener to it. You can see my communication with the developer about SWH on the link in above post.
