Always show details in UAC ?

Is there any tweak or registry setting to display "show details" always in UAC prompt ?

I don't believe this is possible but it would be very handy.
It is always good to click "show details" then click "show details about the publisher's certificate".
Checking the certificate to make sure it is still valid is important to avoid expired or fake certificates.
