actually I Disable UAC After Installing Win
It's so annoying
so i disable it
and Bitlocker so easy to use

Have you tried using UAC on default settings? Because I don't see how it is annoying, unless you're using Always Notify.

So out of curiosity, which programs that you use, give you the UAC prompt?

You should enable UAC no matter what.
