You've selected UAC as Enabled and Disabled? Default should be OK for most users.

Have you tried using UAC on default settings? Because I don't see how it is annoying, unless you're using Always Notify.

So out of curiosity, which programs that you use, give you the UAC prompt?
trust it's annoying cuz i want open some softwares give me this messege doyu want allow......blah blah blah
