• Custom Settings For Real-Time Protection Details -> Heuristic -> High: I think this is not necessary and probably is affecting to system performance, I just would keep it in default (Medium).
• As for "Disk Imaging Backup", You may add Macrium Reflect Free or AOEMI Backupper, both are free and reliably.
• Consider also to run manual backups of important data to external devices, and/or in cloud services.
• As for "Web Privacy", You may add also a VPN service.

• Thanks, I missed the VPN that i generally use
• Setted heuristic as default setting
• Added personal data backup
• As suggested by @harlan4096 and by @bribon77, I will use AOMEI backupper. (I have an unused external hard drive that I can use for backups). Thanks for the suggestion.

Atm I'm testing Norton (max setting) and Kaspersky (medium setting) together.
Works fine without slowing down
