Microsoft Fix-It will disable Autorun for you and secure your system from Autorun malware- http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9741395 There is really no need for any other Autorun protection besides your real-time AV.

Yes, but this small tool can be really useful against autorun yet its free. Also its a tiny installer.
