IPVanish Is really awesome, been using it for a year now

How's their support? Chat, email etc and 24x7?

Do they use fake server locations?

I believe their VPN traffic is encrypted.

Are their DNS queries encrypted too? Do they support DNSCrypt, DNSSEC and no log?

Are they using Google Public DNS Servers? If yes, are they directing the DNS queries to Google directly or proxying them?
