Hard to say about protection since i am a safe user off my pc, but it seems to be ok. Very alert to warn about changes that occurs on the pc. Performance, no problem at all, easy and light. Its sandbox does a good job but is limited in usage. It has an excellent cleaner.
Add something more if you want to be on the safe side, like something from Andy Ful.
