Advice Request Anyone Tried TinyWall with Updated Installer?

I found this at Wilders': Windows 10 Privacy Guide - Spring Creators Update and wonder if anyone has tried this. The author's website looks OK, in fact very nice, but this is a 3rd party tweak. He claims it needed a signed installer so he made one. Is this safe? Anyone using this? I am missing my TinyWall....:(. Any thought about this? (y)or (n)? :unsure:
