I've followed all the directions to getting rid of this virus on your site.
However, I could not seem to access the free trial of HitmanPro,
it only scans and says "Application is not activated. removal of viruses and other malicious software is disabled."
I used Malwarebytes to scan and delete any malicious software, but they somehow pop back up (not sure why).

I've attached the "FRST" and "Addition" files to this post

I will be glad to provide any more information if required, and I would really appreciate your assistance

update:
I found the free trial option for HitmanPro, and have completed a scan with it.

New "FRST" and "Addition" files are attached.

The virus is gone now, right?
I apologize for my incompetency in using HitmanPro.

I don't seem to see any other major issues, although there is still one more thing.
I've run the scans for malwarebytes and HitmanPro a few more times, and they are showing me these PUP files as threats.
Should i be worried about them?

I really do appreciate your time

I'm not sure I understand, I will try to post them if I find how. Also, I seem to have found app:relevantknowledge still on my computer, though both HitmanPro and Malwarebytes says my computer is clean, the windows defender app still says the relevant knowledge is on my computer.
And what do you mean by posting the notifications for your review?

Hi,

If the problem persists and Chrome is Synced with other Devices reset it.

Execute the suggested fix.

Restart the computer normally.
===========

Is the problem solved?

p.s.
Other than these notifications do you have issues with this computer?

Thank you for the help, I ended up reseting my computer, because I have come to realise through trusted IT specialists that some sort of Spyware managed to get onto my device. I believe the problem has been solved by the reset. What are the chances of it still remaining?
