Apple reminds me of all the "little guys" that have cried foul about Bill Gates and MSFT over the years. What is a 630,000,000,000 dollar company doing crying like a starving infant with pneumonia!? They will be lucky if they are not a close 2nd to Google in eventually being labeled by the Feds as a "monopoly"--ENTER ANTITRUST LITIGATION. Then they will have something to cry about, especially if Barack Obama labels them as colonial corporate imperialists.
