Laurie Seronde from OPSWAT contacted me and let me know that AppRemover 3.0 was released....... I didn't manage to test it yet, but we have a new user interface and Windows 8 support.

A new version has been released with a new user interface and added support for the removal of public file sharing applications in addition to security software. These updates provide a much smoother, more streamlined user experience as well as expanded capabilities for removing unwanted applications.
