Arabyonline has taken over as my default search engine in Chrome

Arabyonline has established itself as the default search engine in Google Chrome
I tried everything I can, i managed to get rid of the pop ups and take control of the home page which was locked but that's it! I then stumbled across similar forums designed to suit individual issues and so I am assking for help too! Any help will be greatly appreciated!
