Arabyonline took over my browser, help please.

Search engine is Arabyonline and it cannot be changed, Home button is Arabyonline and it cannot be changed. Some extensions are downloaded from Arabyonline and cannot be deleted. I used Spyhunter 4 but it didnt work and I have deleted some files in REGEDIT but it still didnt do the job.
