Are you using best protocol in VPN?

I heard theses protocols and I'm using IKEv2/IPsec. Vpn without required protocol is like body with soul. Without theses protocol knowledge I'm using a Vpn with PPTP which is insecure But now using modern and secure protocol at least in my laptop.

Extremely easy to use, has been thoroughly looked at by security researchers and is the most widely used by VPN providers.
