Some recommendations: firstly, you should add one more on-demand scanner (EEK or MBAM) and an adblocking extention (at least) on your web browser.

I would also suggest using MBAM as a second on demand
Think about some extensions in Chrome & Firefox such as WOT,HTTPS Everywhere,ABD +,or ABD + or uBlock in chrome

Follow the instructions you'll Exterminator20 and Oneday and a safer and private browsing . I also recommend using Argente Utilities, so do not clean it cleans Care Wise .
