These are all satellites being launched into space.... a small group of its planned constellation of tens of thousands of orbiting transmitters to beam internet service across the globe.

I'm not sure what I think of all this yet.

My instinct tells me that at least... aspects of this possibly are not good..

The satellites will be deployed at an altitude of 280 km, after testing the orbits will be raised to the top using their own ion engines.
"This is the largest payload of satellites so far carried by the Falcon 9," Musk said in a tweet on Twitter. It is the first rocket to perform a fourth mission.
SpaceX confirmed that the spacecraft will take the largest payload in the history of the company - 13,620 kg. :) SpaceX :cool::cool:
